Cocoa Cabana is Ancoats’ best chocolate café but it isn’t just a daytime destination. When the empty mugs of hot chocolate have been cleared away, the cocktail shakers come out. Yes, we know you can enjoy their cocktails at any time but the evening vibe is a little different.
When dusk comes around, Cocoa Cabana becomes a cocktail bar. Same relaxed mood but a darker, more sophisticated dynamic.
Full of couples working their way through their new favourites on the cocktail menu and small groups of friends chatting over a laid-back soundtrack, this is the neighbourhood bar every neighbourhood should have. Sometimes you don’t want party central and you’ve grown out of raucous weekends, you just want conversation and quality drinks.

Some are inspired by a love of cocoa with chocolate twists on favourites like Expression of Love, a creamy subtle take on an Espresso Martini with Fair Cacao liqueur, or Old-Fashioned Gent which incorporates cocoa-infused Ysabel Regina brandy whilst others are just lovely cocktails.
The Dark Chocolate Chilli Daiquiri is a Confidential favourite when we’re feeding our chocolate fetish but the Taste of Seville is a fabulous take on a G&T when you fancy something a little lighter.
