A 'feastival' for all the family is coming to Heaton Park on 7 and 8 July

THE city's top eateries, bars and foodie entrepreneurs will be flocking to Heaton Park this summer for the first-ever Manchester Eats festival on 7 and 8 July.

The much-anticipated festival will see the park transformed into a foodie’s dream with talks and workshops from celebrity chefs, stalls from Manchester's most exciting food businesses, and a huge producer's market.

Expect chocolate-making sessions, vegan and vegetarian cookery classes, kids cookery classes, and flower crown-making. Children can get involved in the interactive kids' village where there'll be Alpaca walking, Punch and Judy, a pet farm, and lots more.

Other attractions include a Disco Classical Prosecco Tent, a craft beer tent, a gin garden and a healthy living zone full of free-from food and good-for-you treats.

The festival aims to celebrate the best food and drink in Manchester and cement its reputation as the food capital of the North.

We've got five family passes to Manchester Eats to give away.

To enter the competition to win one, log-in or register.
