Think Greek-inspired lamb kofta skewers and Turkish spicy Ezme, vegetarian meze platters with homemade hummus, falafels, cracked wheat salad and musca borek pastry parcels to share, and sea fish baked whole in the oven.
From the western Med, we have floppy base pizzas and 48-hour proofed calzones straight out of the authentic wood-fired oven, all following the original Naples recipes.
