Exciting new menu at Fumo

Fumo has a new menu that is full of flair. Our new dishes are modern metropolitan Italian and they are made with the finest ingredients.

From lunchtime to late nights, we serve you a taste of Italy as it is now – cool, cosmopolitan and assured.

New dishes include antipasto and stuzzichini like avocado bernardo with its heavenly combination of avocado, prawns, scampi and lobster served with a marie rose sauce and crostini di granchio, quality Devonshire hand-picked crab with brown crab mayo on toasted Altamura bread.

Discover scallops gratin, a sublime seafood newcomer made with the freshest produce and sharing dishes like Fiorentina di Manzo, a succulent Tuscan T-bone steak for two cooked on our charcoal grill.

There are new pizza and pasta dishes including a soon-to-be legendary calzone and paccheri con ragü di maiale, the richness of the slow-cooked pork ribs enveloping every tube of silky pasta.

Make sure you leave room for pudding because the San Carlo signature, mantecato alla nocciola, is now available at Fumo. The soft whipped Nutella ice cream with crushed Ferrero Rocher and chocolate sauce is a stunning dessert to share. It’s a decadent finale to a fabulous Fumo meal.
