P1 Fitness Studio delivers results-based personal training programmes in focused, semi-private groups of two to four people. It means you get all the personal attention you need to achieve meaningful, real-world results without the price tag of one-to-one personal training.
We offer personal training in semi-private groups because it gets better results in the long run. With one-to-one personal training, the momentum can often fizzle out after a short while. Semi-private personal training, on the other hand, lets you be part of a fun, inspiring group that laughs, works out and progresses together.
As well as personal training sessions, our members have access to all of our 18 classes a week, including boxing, sweat, build and pilates as well as learn-to-lift workshops to get you up to speed.
We’re based on Kennedy Street, just off St Peter’s Square so it’s easy to train before or after work with the possibility of even squeezing some workouts in during your lunch break. Our flexibility is unrivalled in the city centre, as we offer at least one personal training session every hour, from 6.30am to 8pm, which means you can fit the workouts around your schedule and not the other way around.
