You haven’t had Christmas lunch until you’ve had jerk turkey and stuffing with a gentle chilli heat that blows the traditional bird away. Forget winter bonnets, in this weather it’s scotch bonnets you need to warm you up.
The sage and sorrel gravy will have you licking the plate and the coconut-braised sprouts bring a touch of the tropical to this most British of traditions.
