Pan-Asian eatery organises special fundraiser evening

HERE at destination pan-Asian eatery Sakana we’re laying on a special evening this Friday to raise money to contribute to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund.

The appeal was launched by Manchester City Council in partnership with the British Red Cross to support those affected by the devastating events at Manchester Arena on 22 May, and raised over £2 million in the first 24 hours alone. The fund will support people who were injured in the attack and families who were left bereaved, helping alleviate suffering and ensuring that victims and their families do not face short-term financial difficulties.

Here at Sakana, we’re laying on a special evening this Friday to raise money to contribute to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund.

All donations collected at our fundraiser evening on Friday, along with sales proceeds from our special set menu created by the Sakana chefs just for the event, will be added to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund.

The special fundraiser tasting menu is priced at £20 per person and showcases some of our new dishes from our spring/summer 2017 menu, which includes handmade sushi and sashimi, and freshly prepared delicious dim sum. Our team has also offered to make personal contributions towards our fundraising efforts. We hope you’ll join us on Friday to dine with a cause.
