Y Buggy Bootcamp is a fitness class designed especially for new mums after the birth of their babies.
It encourages new mums to get out, meet other new mums and get back in shape – with their new baby by their side.
Each class will incorporate exercises with and without the use of the buggy. Squats, running with the pram, press-ups and much, much more....
Every class is modified to suit all fitness levels from beginners to advanced so whether you were a former fitness pro or you just want to get fit for the sake of your little one, make sure you give Buggy Bootcamp a go.
Buggy Bootcamp starts on Wednesday 30 September from 10.30am – 11.30am. Classes are free to members and £5 for non-members.
